EVVO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Freunds House Seasoning
Preheat your oven to 450°
Wash and pat dry the fish.
Slice tomato into ¼ inch slices.
Lightly brush each side with EVOO.
Season each side of the fish with the house seasoning.
Place the fish, skin side down, on the baking dish/pan.
Layer the slices of tomato atop the fish.
Spread a thin layer of Freund’s Tapenade over the tomatoes and fish.
Place inside the oven and bake uncovered for 18-25 min, depending upon the degree of doneness you desire.
