A BBQ sauce replaces the egg in this tasty version of a fried fish dish. Pairs well with our deep frying Chanukah Season!
1. 1lb tilapia fillet
2. ½ cup BBQ Sauce
3. 1 cup cornflake crumbs
4. Oil for deep frying
1. Dip the tilapia fillets into the BBQ sauce and then into the cornflake crumbs until completely coated.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan, and place the breaded fish into the oil once it begins to sizzle. Fry fish on medium-high heat for approximately 4 minutes on each side, or until crispy golden on each side and fish is cooked through.
